There are six individual Academic Village residence halls, each building housing eight apartments. The names of the Academic Village houses are: Apollo House, Athena House, Franklin House, Marshall House, Mead House, Selene House.

Village Hall, located in the center of the Academic Village, is home to the Coffeehouse where students commonly gather to grab a flavored coffee, sandwich, or dessert. Village Hall is a welcoming space for the entire campus community. It is the primary programming space for the Academic Village. However, many clubs and organizations hold meetings and host events in Village Hall. Village Hall is also used as classroom space and is a popular spot for quiet study.
